The phrase "aspired after" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It can be used when expressing a desire or ambition to achieve something, but "aspired to" is more standard.
Example: "She aspired after a career in medicine, hoping to make a difference in people's lives."
Alternatives: "strived for" or "yearned for".
