The phrase "aspiration time" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to goals, ambitions, or the time taken to achieve a desired outcome.
Example: "The aspiration time for completing the project is set for six months, allowing us to meet our objectives effectively."
Alternatives: "goal timeframe" or "target duration".
