As we used one month-old plants to quantify gene expression, and no data on MeJA treated mature plants are provided by MPGR, we correlated our data to three different datasets each representing one aspect of our samples (5 day MeJA treated seedlings, 6 hour MeJA treated cell suspension cultures, and 24 hour MeJA treated hairy root cultures).
Finally, there were some limitations due to certain aspects of our study sample as it was gathered from only academic hospitals in one city, and participants reported a greater household income compared to the income distributions information collected by government sources, which may limit the generalizability of our results (Bell et al. 1998).
Our schema is very complete and it covers many aspects of sample sources, samples, laboratory processes, molecular sequences, phylogenetics results, clinical tests and results, clinical information, treatments, pathogens, transmissions, outbreaks and bibliographic information.
Still, some aspects of our study, notably the sampling method, response rate of the survey, missing data and the use of self-reporting questionnaire, need further consideration.
Two important aspects of our study are: 1) the aseptic sampling method used to swab the chorio-amnionic membrane interface.
Moreover, the other important aspect of our study is its sample size.

Overall, the histological aspect of our patient's testicular samples was similar to that described by Steger et al. [ 5], in three postpubertal patients (Table 1, patients 2, 9 and 10), presenting with clinical features resembling a 5α-R2 deficiency.
Whether there are real differences between the ACHESS sample and the normative population or not, it is clear that there are aspects at play in our sample of same-sex families that allow improved outcomes in general behavior, general health, and in particular family cohesion.
Theoretical and empirical justifications are given which demonstrate that the proposed method handles well the difficult aspects of this sample design.
