The phrase "asks to send to him" is not entirely correct in standard written English.
It can be used when someone is requesting that something be sent to a male recipient, but it lacks clarity and may sound awkward.
Example: "She asks to send to him the documents he requested last week."
Alternatives: "requests to send to him" or "wants to have sent to him."
