The phrase "asked there is" is not correct and does not make sense in written English.
It seems to be an incomplete or improperly structured expression, and it cannot be used in any context without further clarification.
Example: "I asked if there is a solution to the problem."
Alternatives: "inquired if there is" or "requested if there is".
