The phrase "aseptic prosthesis" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in medical or surgical contexts to refer to a prosthetic device that is designed to be free from contamination and infection.
Example: "The surgeon opted for an aseptic prosthesis to minimize the risk of postoperative infections."
Alternatives: "sterile prosthesis" or "infection-free prosthesis".
