The phrase "ascertained from three" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to information or conclusions that have been determined based on three sources or pieces of evidence.
Example: "The results of the study were ascertained from three independent surveys conducted over the past year."
Alternatives: "determined from three" or "established from three".
