The phrase "as we warned" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring back to a previous warning or caution that was given.
Example: "As we warned, the deadline for the project is approaching quickly, and we need to finalize our plans."
Alternatives: "as we cautioned" or "as we previously mentioned".
