The phrase "as the viewed" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to refer to something that is being observed or considered, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "The painting was stunning, as the viewed piece of art captured the essence of the landscape."
Alternatives: "as the observer" or "as the seen".

It was a celebration of the viewer as much as the viewed.
