However, further reduction of aeration by replacing air inflow with N2 resulted in a reduction of TAG content to 4%% in the biomass and excretion of pyruvate into the medium (data not shown), as predicted by robustness analysis with iMK735.
Transcripts of IFNγ were significantly induced by IL12 treatment (Figure 2), as were IFNγ levels in the culture medium (data not shown).
