As expected, TPA increased IKBα degradation (Additional file 1: Figure S1B) and induced binding of p65 to κB-RE of MnSOD gene.
tPA increases endothelial adhesion molecule expression including ICAM2, P-Selectin, and E-Selectin [ 20, 21].
