The phrase "as set forth for" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to something that has been established or specified in a particular context, often in legal or formal documents.
Example: "The terms of the agreement are as set forth for the duration of the contract."
Alternatives: "as outlined for" or "as specified for".
