The phrase "as much predicted" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts where you want to refer to something that was anticipated to a significant degree, but it is better to rephrase for clarity.
Example: "The outcome of the experiment was as much predicted, leading to further research."
Alternatives: "as anticipated" or "as expected".
