The activity level, hereafter referred to as L values, of each sample-specific pathway and a global "perturbation score", psc, for each pathway were estimated.
The results by assuming Gaussian distribution of proton flux for L value are as follows.
The experiments show that performance improves as the L value increases at the beginning and then degrades drastically as shown in L = 1200 in Fig. 2a.
The model gives density distribution as a function of L value and latitude (Huang et al. 2004).
The electron number densities derived from the UHR frequency from the HFA and electron cyclotron frequency from Arase/MGF as a function of L value are shown in Fig. 9.
At the end of the sampling period, the chromametric data were analyzed, and the mushrooms with brown color (on day 4) as defined chromametrically with L values ≤83 and b values of ≥13 were designated "brown infected mushrooms" (BIM); a description of chromatographic parameters L and b is given in Results ("Time course analysis of color symptom development and transcript levels").

Figure 3 shows equatorial proton flux distributions with energies higher than 10 MeV (upper panel) and higher than 30 MeV (lower panel) of our new models as a function of the L value.
For ammonia nitrogen, R L value was obtained as 0.048, which is nearly zero.
The R L value calculated from the adsorption data is 0.0765 indicating that the adsorption of As III) on MPKSF was a favorable process as the R L value lies between 0 to 1 (0 < R L < 1) at an equilibrium temperature of 30 °C (Table 7).
Equations 6 and 7 express all b i, j, l values as a function of b i,0,0, p i, c and p i, e.
