The phrase "as it should be so" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It can be used to express that something is in accordance with expectations or norms, but it may be clearer to rephrase it.
Example: "The project was completed on time, as it should be so, given the team's dedication."
Alternatives: "as it ought to be" or "as it is meant to be".
