The phrase "as it actually did" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it to emphasize that something occurred in the way it is being described, often in contrast to what might have been expected or assumed.
Example: "The experiment was supposed to yield different results, but as it actually did, the findings were surprising."
Alternatives: "as it truly happened" or "as it indeed occurred".
