The phrase "as individual things" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing items or concepts that are considered separately rather than as a collective group.
Example: "The artist chose to display the sculptures as individual things, allowing each piece to stand out on its own."
Alternatives: "as separate entities" or "as distinct items".
