The phrase "as I argued" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring back to a point or position you have previously stated or defended in a discussion or argument.
Example: "The evidence presented supports my conclusion, as I argued in the earlier sections of this paper."
Alternatives: "as I stated" or "as I maintained".
