The phrase "as expected yet" is not correct in standard written English.
It can be used when discussing whether something has occurred or been achieved as anticipated, but the combination of "as expected" and "yet" is awkward.
Example: "The results of the experiment are as expected yet, indicating that further analysis is needed."
Alternatives: "as anticipated" or "as predicted."
