The phrase "as anticipated previously" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring back to expectations or predictions that were made earlier in a discussion or document.
Example: "As anticipated previously, the project timeline has been extended due to unforeseen circumstances."
Alternatives: "as expected earlier" or "as predicted before".
