The phrase "as aftereffects" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe the consequences or results that follow an event or action.
Example: "The medication may cause nausea and fatigue as aftereffects of its use."
Alternatives: "as consequences" or "as results".
For the tests with cued visuo-motor transformation (red start circle) these differences are designated as adaptive shifts, for the tests with cued absence of the transformation they are designated as aftereffects, and for the explicit tests as explicit shifts.
