Immunoblotting confirmed NTPD8 protein in bladder and immunofluorescence suggested a primary localization to the urothelium.
To summarize the obtained results (Fig. 2), we have binned the encoded proteins based on the assigned probability values for each protein, such that, if more than 50% of the nearest neighbors of the protein belong to a given compartment, that protein is assigned to a single compartment as its primary localization site.
