Influence of 120 MeV 107Ag7+ ion irradiation on current voltage (I V) characteristics of Au/n-Si(1 0 0) Schottky diodes as a function of fluence is investigated.
The modifications in the proton irradiated polymers as a function of fluence have been studied through different characterisation techniques such as Fourier Transform IR, UV-Vis, Electron Spin resonance, Thermogravimetric analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry and Track studies.
Cumulative damage is commonly expressed as a function of fluence which is defined as the integral of the flux over time.
We also show that the loss of hydrogen as function of fluence is well explained by the bulk molecular recombination model, which assumes that the hydrogen leaves the irradiated materials in molecular form.
SHII induced phase formation and emission intensity variation as a function of ion fluence are explained on the basis of thermal spike model.
The total skin scores as a function of fluence for all treatments are summarised in Figure 5.
Surface indices nx, ny and nz of the samples as a function of ion fluence were studied.
