The phrase "as a final model" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to the last or ultimate version of something, often in contexts like research, design, or development.
Example: "After several iterations, we have decided to present the design as a final model for approval."
Alternatives: "as the ultimate version" or "as the conclusive model".
