The phrase "arsehole by" is not a grammatically correct or commonly used phrase in written English
It would be considered vulgar and inappropriate to use in most contexts. It would be better to rephrase the sentence using a more appropriate term. Incorrect: He was being an arsehole by constantly interrupting me. Correct: He was being difficult by constantly interrupting me. Example: The comedian's jokes were crude and filled with arsehole by comments, making many audience members uncomfortable.
