The phrase "arriving up" is not correct and is not typically used in written English.
It may be intended to convey the idea of reaching a destination or arriving at a location, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "We are arriving up at the conference center shortly." (This would be better phrased as "arriving at.")
