Of the three peptides spanning amino acids 162-199 that were co-incubated with LS-A2021 to lung cancer tissue arrays, only peptide 2 resulted in decreased signal in cores testing positive for GPR110, indicating that LS-A2021 binds to a sequence contained within this peptide.
The common SNPs used on all available commercial arrays only capture what is in LD with them.
In the genome arrays, only 37,376 transcripts were represented by probe sets consisting of 11 PM.
The subtelomeric location of the arrays results only in the expansion or contraction of an array as well as exchange of the limited DNA sequence from the distal edge of the array to the telomere.
