The phrase "array of the system" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a collection or arrangement of components or elements within a system, often in a technical or scientific context.
Example: "The array of the system includes various sensors and processors that work together to optimize performance."
Alternatives: "collection of the system" or "configuration of the system".
Studies of Earth system history also specify the full array of states the system has experienced in the past and those the system is capable of experiencing in the future.
