The phrase "around below" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in a context where you are describing something that is situated in a general area that is both around and below a certain point, but it is not commonly used.
Example: "The treasure was hidden around below the old oak tree, just out of sight."
Alternatives: "near beneath" or "in the vicinity below".
