The phrase "argument worthy" is not standard in written English and may be considered awkward or unclear.
It could be used when discussing whether a particular argument has merit or is deserving of consideration in a debate or discussion.
Example: "The evidence presented was compelling, making her position truly argument worthy."
Alternatives: "worthy of debate" or "deserving of consideration".
Now that is an argument worthy of a manifesto.
