Discover Ludwig"Argument place" is not technically a phrase in English, so it cannot be used in written English as it is.
You could, however, use the phrase "argumentative space" to refer to an environment where opposing viewpoints are fairly discussed. For example, "The town hall served as an argumentative space for both sides to discuss their differences on the proposal."
