The phrase "areas features" is not correct in written English.
It seems to be a combination of two separate terms, "areas" and "features," which should be used distinctly or in a grammatically correct context.
Example: "The areas of interest include various features of the landscape."
Alternatives: "characteristics of the areas" or "features of the regions."
