The phrase "area richness" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to ecology, biodiversity, or geography to describe the variety of species or features present in a specific area.
Example: "The area richness of the rainforest is unparalleled, hosting thousands of unique plant and animal species."
Alternatives: "biodiversity of the area" or "species diversity in the region."
In deeper areas, richness, evenness and AvTD showed a general decrease with depth from high values around 301 600 m (400 500 m stratum in Tolimieri [23]), while species density and VarTD peaked and declined at shallower depths, generally around 200 m.
