Coverslips were implanted MSCs face down on to a highly vascularized area of CAM, the shell opening sealed, and the MSCs incubated in ova at 38 °C for 24 h.
The heat transfer areas of the shell-side and tube-side were approximately 0.82 m2 and 0.78 m2, respectively.
