The phrase "are the same odds" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when comparing the likelihood of two or more events or outcomes being equal.
Example: "The chances of winning the lottery and finding a four-leaf clover are the same odds."
Alternatives: "have equal chances" or "are equally likely".
