The phrase "are pick" is not correct in English and does not convey a clear meaning.
It seems to be an incomplete or incorrect form of a verb phrase, and it cannot be used in written English without additional context or correction. An example could be: "They are picking apples from the orchard."
Alternatives: "are selecting" or "are choosing".
