The phrase "are much integrated" is not correct in standard written English.
It can be used when discussing the degree of integration of systems, processes, or components, but it would be more appropriate to use "are well integrated" or "are highly integrated."
Example: "The new software and hardware solutions are well integrated, allowing for seamless operation."
Alternatives: "are deeply integrated" or "are fully integrated."
