The phrase "are less consistent with" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when comparing two or more things to indicate that one is not as aligned or in agreement with the other.
Example: "The results of the study are less consistent with previous research findings."
Alternatives: "are not as aligned with" or "are more at odds with".
The results for the outpatient access models are less consistent, with some model specifications indicating a reduction in access associated with opt-out status, while other model specifications suggesting no discernable change in access.
