Across the 11 samples, 7SL is universally highly expressed (above), SRP mRNAs are expressed at less than 100 RPKM, and, among SRP mRNAs, SRP9 is expressed at highest levels in each tissue and highest in hypothalamus (Figure S3, Table S2).
