The phrase "are commenting about" is not correct in standard written English.
It is typically used when discussing someone's remarks or opinions on a particular subject, but the correct form would be "are commenting on."
Example: "The experts are commenting on the recent changes in the policy during the conference."
Alternatives: "are discussing" or "are providing feedback on".
