Both urs endodermal β-catenin loss-of-function (LOF) and gain-of-function (GOF) mutants induced by TM treatment at E9.5 displayed cleft-like phenotypes in their perineal region, but the growth of urs was not similarly affected in these mutants (co-submitted MS: Miyagawa et al).
