When key terms of the contract are changed, such as the voter thresholds to post a petition on the White House website (e.g., from zero to 150), or to get an official response from the White House (e.g., from 5,000 to 25,000), copies of the earlier contracts should be publicly archived and the changes clearly posted in a date-stamped log next to the current contract.
