A PDP is an archive containing a plan file together with application content files such as web archives, database schemas, scripts, source code, localization bundles, icons etc.
BACs specific for the region under study were obtained by querying the Trace Archives database (NCBI; http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) in search for BAC-end sequences or shotgun reads belonging to the BAC libraries RPCI42 or CH240 http://bacpac.chori.org.org
