For the groundwater sampled from fractures in excavation walls, the size-fractionated concentrations of the colloid-forming elements were approximately constant relative to different size fractions (0.2 μm, 200 kDa, 50 kDa, and 10 kDa).
This was in agreement with the reported AFM results on few-layer graphene sheets [5, 8, 17], where the single-layer graphene is always approximately 1 nm, probably due to different attraction force between AFM tips and graphene as compared to SiO2 and imperfect interface between graphene and SiO2. The human gene, UbiA prenyl-transferase Domain containing 1 (UBIAD1), spans 22 kb and the locus gives rise to approximately three different transcripts with up to five unique exons [9].
We first present pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis experiments on a set of representative biomass feedstock samples (corn stover, poplar, sorghum, switchgrass) in order to put the assay in context, and then show the results of the assay applied to approximately 150 different feedstock samples covering 5 different materials.
Seventy three percent of the mapped unique tags were associated with RefSeq cDNA sequences, corresponding to approximately 14,000 different protein-coding genes in this single cell type.
Regardless, the transcripts of each transcriptome can be attributed to approximately 7900 different GO terms.
