Although the Mozambican government has implemented a community-based approach to family planning (FP), little is known about the appropriateness of this process.
That the vast majority of participants who saw the new commercials (n = 308, 97 %) liked them reflects the good use of formative research and the appropriateness of the process taken to develop the content of the commercials.
