Several Fifa executive committee members, and a string of figures from outside the game, have called on Fifa to publish the Garcia report in full with appropriate redactions to protect whistleblowers.
Football Association chairman Greg Dyke, Uefa president Michel Platini, US Soccer Federation president Sunil Gulati and Concacaf president Jeffrey Webb are among those who have called for the report to be published in full, with appropriate redactions to protect whistleblowers if necessary.
Adam Schiff, ranking member of the House intelligence committee, said: "I hope that the release of these pages, with appropriate redactions necessary to protect our nation's intelligence sources and methods, will diminish speculation that they contain proof of official Saudi government or senior Saudi official involvement in the 9/11 attacks.

We do, however, believe in transparency and believe that the Executive Summary, and Additional and Dissenting Views, and the CIA's rebuttal should be made public with appropriate redactions so the American public can reach their own conclusions about the conduct of this program.
