The phrase "approach for report" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in a context where someone is instructed to come forward or make contact in order to provide a report, but it lacks clarity.
Example: "Please approach for report after the meeting to discuss your findings."
Alternatives: "come forward for the report" or "present your report".
