When the same processed CSF sample used in Figure 2 was analyzed for F4-NPs, there was no peak with appreciable amount of abundance at m/z 569.4 during this second holding time (upper panel of Figure 5(a)), but significant amount of residual substances could be detected at m/z 573.4 and 593.5 (middle and lower panels of Figure 5(a)).
We observed no appreciable changes in the abundance of Ptgs2 in lumbar spinal cord, except for the Ptgs2 ipsilateral upregulation at day 3 (1.86 ± 0.21, ∗ P < 0.001; fold change ipsilateral at day 3 in CCI rats; Figure 6(d)).
Overexpression of HK2 alone had no appreciable effect on the abundance of hnRNP A1 or its cytoplasmic accumulation, suggesting that HK2 is necessary but not sufficient for hnRNP A1 localization, or that an external stimulus (such as osmotic shock) is required for the activation of HK2 hnRNP A1 pathway (Supplementary Figure S2).
Statistically appreciable differences in ion signal abundance were observed for a large number of compounds (Table 1) between the B1 neurons, B11 – 5, and B2 neurons, B23 – 7; the B16, B17, and B21 neurons were excluded based on statistical analysis of the data (data not shown).
In contrast, no appreciable increase or decrease in the transcript abundance of the ICP4 region of the poor reactivator, KOS, could be detected through 4 h post-TCIE (Fig. 6D).
Furthermore, recent studies suggest that marine mammals have a negligible effect on fisheries in the North Atlantic [39], [40]; simulated reductions in large whale abundance in the Caribbean did not produce any appreciable increase in biomass of commercially important fish species [41].
Using a bench-to-bedside approach, we have implemented a mouse model of pneumonia and found that RNA abundance profiles obtained from blood samples taken prior to appreciable mortality were able to distinguish between the two variables tested in the assay: lethality of the insult and type of infectious agent.
In summary, we conclude that while the healthy gut contains appreciable quantities of soluble ligands of TLR2, TLR4 and TLR5, the relative abundances of stimulants of these receptors can increase dramatically during the course of murine IBDs.
A significant finding of this study was the discovery of an actinomycete bacterium that infects V. destructor at intermediate frequencies (albeit presumably at high titer given its abundance in the genome sequence) but apparently does not infect A. mellifera at appreciable levels.
As shown in Figure 2A, the UROtsa cells and the TCC cell line HT-1376 express an abundance of the prostasin protein, while the TCC cell line RT4 expresses a low but appreciable amount.
