The number of CHW visits required for each appointment type was: 338, 1,680, 1,928, and 671 for the 6, 12, 24, and 36 month appointments, respectively (Table 1).
Exam tables were cleaned and floors were mopped following 76%% (2015/2646) and 7%% (174/2643) of appointments, respectively.
