Instead of focusing on code, we apply verification techniques to models consisting of block diagrams and MATLAB code.
In this study we apply verification, validation, and uncertainty quantification methods to the developed model to rigorously examine its capabilities and limitations.
The development of similar models may not be necessary for other agro-ecosystems in similar regions since long-term data collected in these regions may be applied, with verification, to the models presented here.
